We confirm that SkillStamp does not use:

- Hotjar, FullStory, or any session recording tools
- Any third-party tracking or profiling cookies
4. Legal Basis
Essential cookies are necessary for the Platform to function. They are placed on the basis of legitimate interests (providing a secure, functional service you have requested) and do not require your prior consent under the UK/EU ePrivacy Directive, as they are strictly necessary for the service you have asked us to provide.
